Artist Development and PR Specialist
I work with both the BBC and Pirate Studios to support artists at different stages of their careers, providing tailored guidance to help them develop sustainable pathways within the music industry.
At the BBC, I work closely with the internal team to deliver 1:1 artist development sessions focused on career growth and infrastructure. This includes helping artists identify gaps in their current approach, strengthen their professional foundations, develop audience-building strategies and create actionable plans to grow their communities and fan bases.
Through Pirate Studios, I support emerging artists who are at the beginning of their music journeys. My role focuses on helping young creatives develop their sound and artistic identity, plan and execute releases, understand music distribution, build marketing strategies, establish productive routines and develop the skills needed to navigate the industry independently.
Working across both organisations has allowed me to support artists with a wide range of needs - from those taking their first steps in music to those looking to refine and scale their careers. Through personalised mentoring, strategic planning and practical industry guidance, I help artists build the knowledge, confidence and infrastructure required for long-term growth and success.

Artist Development
BBC & Pirate Studios
Since 2020, I have worked across music journalism and broadcasting, using media platforms to champion artists, document culture and create opportunities for meaningful industry conversations.
At GRM Daily, I have written hundreds of articles covering new releases, industry news and cultural moments within UK music My work has also included interviews with artists and public figures including Patoranking, Leon Edwards, Armani White, Austin Millz, RV and Skrapz, helping to bring audiences closer to the people behind the headlines and music.
More recently, I joined Mixtape Madness, where I contribute live music and event coverage. This has included reviews of major performances such as Jack Harlow's Brixton show and PS Hitsquad's Hackney performance, capturing the energy and cultural significance of live events within the scene.
In 2024, I launched The Get To Know Club with That Girl Andra on G Shock Radio. The show was created to provide a platform for emerging artists across rap, drill, Afrobeats, R&B, and dancehall while also giving established artists a space to discuss their latest projects, creative journeys and industry experiences. Recent guests have included Tiny Boost, Scorcher, Armor, and Lettsom Neil.
Working across editorial, radio and interviews has allowed me to support artist discovery, increase visibility for emerging talent and contribute to the wider conversation surrounding contemporary music and culture. This work continues to bridge the gap between artists, audiences and the industry.
Press & Broadcasting
GRM Daily, Mixtape Madness & G Shock Radio
I work in collaboration with Birmingham City University, delivering PR workshops and contributing to music industry panels for students on their music programmes. My sessions focus on what music PR is, why it matters, and how strategic positioning in front of industry professionals and tastemakers can shape an artist’s career. I also break down the importance of co-signs, brand association, and how artists can begin to approach and manage their own PR in a practical, accessible way.
Alongside this, I provide pro bono mentoring to undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Westminster, offering tailored guidance based on each student’s individual career goals. Whether students are looking to secure roles within music companies or build independent careers offering services within the industry, my support is shaped around their specific direction and needs.
Across both institutions, I also support students with wider industry insight, answering questions around how to build a business in music, how to enter and navigate a competitive industry, how to network and build meaningful relationships, and how the wider music ecosystem works in practice.

Through One Three PR House, I deliver tailored PR campaigns for emerging and independent artists, working with emerging artists to build early-stage visibility by positioning them in front of industry tastemakers, securing co-sign opportunities, and delivering strategic press, radio, and cultural placements that elevate their profile within the music industry and build visibility that supports long-term career growth.
I work with artists nationally and internationally across genres including rap, drill, R&B, Afrobeats and dancehall, developing campaigns that elevate their profiles and connect them with key audiences and industry tastemakers.
My PR work has secured magazine features, radio play, radio interviews, podcast appearances, billboard placements, and DJ support across clubs, lounges and retail spaces, with DJs regularly playing artist records within live sets and curated environments.
Through a strategic and narrative-led approach, I help artists shape how they are seen, heard, and positioned within the industry.

Founder & PR Specialist
One Three PR House
I am the founder of Andra Cee Academy C.I.C, a community-focused organisation supporting young people and adults aged 10–75+ across London and the UK. Our programmes are designed for individuals from underrepresented, low-income and marginalised backgrounds, as well as those facing social, financial or systemic barriers to opportunity particularly but not limited to those interested in the creative industries.
The Academy is rooted in both my industry experience and lived experience. After emigrating to the UK alone at 18 with limited resources and support, I created the organisation to provide the practical guidance, industry literacy and structure I once needed.
We deliver practical workshops, courses, mentorship and hands-on learning across digital skills, financial literacy, PR and marketing, media and storytelling, public speaking, networking, intellectual property, music industry education and wider career development.
All sessions are inclusive and accessible, with a strong focus on clear structure, neurodivergent friendly delivery and real world application. My aim is to build confidence, expand opportunity and support long-term personal and professional growth.
